pouches and tags

Products are specifically fabricated using the optimum in Trans-Kote® thermal laminating films. Pouches are available in either clear or matte finish with security printing, holographic film and/or incorporated with a signature stripe, bar code blocker or magnetic stripe. Transilwrap’s three-seal pouch application is uniquely fabricated for inserting gift cards, business cards, identification cards or other documents. The pouch can also serve as a luggage tag after the original card document is inserted into the sealed application.

Magnetic Stripe

Trans-Kote® Thermal Laminating Film is incorporated with a low-coercivity or high-coercivity stripe. Magnetic stripes are used for carrying and transmitting information and in identification access control and financial transactions.

Passport Laminate

Customized, thin-gauge Trans-Kote® Thermal Laminating Film adhered to a perforated 8½" x 11" sheet carrier for high-speed laminating preprinted passports.

signature stripe

Printed technology applied to an exposed polyester surface. The stripe enables the recipient to sign the document at the point of issuance for future signature verification.

TransGuard™ Patch

An approximate 1 mil polyester film with a heat-activated adhesive that prevents dye migration, enhances durability and functions as a security vehicle.

Trans-Kote® PAM

Trans-Kote PAM is a heat-activated, double-side adhesive film specifically engineered to assemble similar or dissimilar materials, including plastics, cardboard, paper and other substrates. PAM will also increase the thickness level of a card and replace the need for pressure-sensitive films, messy glues or double-side tapes.
