txp (transilwrap extruded polyester) krty

Our extruded polyester film with our ID grade KRTY adhesive. In 7/3 construction. TXP will distort if heated up for intrusion and will not relaminate. Tamper evident.

aquashift—color shift film

We include an agent that gives the film or the adhesive a feature of shifting colors. Still transparent, but with a slight metallic feature.

valcard—digital pvc

A 4/2 construction originally designed to be roll laminated with specially designed AUTOFEEDS™* card lamination system. The adhesive is tuned for a digital press like HP/Indigo for maximum adhesion to printed PVC core. End result is a roll-laminated card that looks like a platen-laminated card, but output is 10X traditional platen press. This film can also be mag striped.

matched laminate

When laminating Teslin® or another core sheet with our laminating film, the front and back material needs to be “matched” to each other to counter the shrinkage characteristics so that the cards do not “torque” or curl. Transilwrap will accurately match each pair of rolls to each other. Common films are 2/3 5 mil and 4/6 10 mil.
