Melinex® Card Stock

DuPont Teijin Films™ Melinex Card Stock is a polyester-base film with excellent heat-seal and print-receptive characteristics for high-performing card applications. Melinex polyester film is ideal for card applications that require lamination for extended durability and security. Stock is available in gauges from 6 to 12 mil in both clear and white.

Teslin® Card Stock

A synthetic, white opaque, single-layer, microporous printing material that behaves more like paper than plastic. Teslin optional coatings are available with a heat-activated adhesive and come in sheets or rolls. Teslin is ideal for card and other secure document applications and can be flexographic, offset, litho, gravure and digital (laser, inkjet) printed. For laminating documents, Teslin is a highly compatible substrate to Trans-Kote thermal laminating films.

cc5a hybrid polyester

This hybrid polyester is a single layer PET that provides a more durable composite choice for longer-life cards. No matching is necessary; bonds to PVC. Also provided coated for printing and self-adhesion for all polyester cards. CC5A is also available in a "bio" version that is biodegradable.

txp polyester

In its standard form, TXP is friendlier to the environment than PVC. But in its
“biodegradable” form, available from Transilwrap, it makes this material degrade faster in the landfill.

white pvc

Our Ineos PVC is specifically designed for use in laminated card production.

DIGI Core™

Customized synthetic sheet with a pull-away plastic liner for desktop publishing. One side accepts conventional, laser and inkjet printing; the other a heat-activated adhesive for easy lamination. DIGI Core is ideal for custom short-run applications.

Polycarbonate Card Stock

Polycarbonate Card Stock is rapidly becoming a state-of-the-art product solution. It is considered the most durable composite available. As laser engravable polycarbonate becomes available, it will also offer more secure personalization.

Transalloy® P-260EX MultiPolymer Alloy

Specially formulated, cost-effective plastics that offer durability, high-tear resistance, increased flex life and an environmentally friendly alternative to PVC. Transalloys are designed for offset, screen and flexographic processes and can easily be coated, laminated or hydraulic-press laminated. Laminated with Transilwrap’s Trans-Kote thermal laminating films, graphic images shine through and text is protected from the elements.

An expansion to the White Core family of products, Trans-Core is a polyester- base film, two-side coated with thermal adhesive in clear or black. Ranging in thickness from 2.0 mil to 20 mil, it is ideal for increasing durability and bonding together dissimilar materials.
