ClingZ® Molecular Enhanced Film

An electrically charged, fully printable film manufactured using a proprietary
process that creates a permanent electrical charge that adheres to almost any clean surface, yet can be removed and reapplied when necessary. ClingZ is not vinyl and does not use any volatile chemicals, making it environmentally friendly and child safe. ClingZ is available in .002 white and .002 clear, and in sheets and roll widths up to 38".

clear polyester

Oriented Polyester films are rigid plastics that are strong, durable, dimensionally stable, and have anti-curl properties. Available in sheets and rolls with widths from .5" to 92" with 3", 6", and 10" cores. Suitable for graphics, packaging, electrical, and industrial applications and come in super-clear to clear matte, and smooth to matte surfaces. Gauges are available from .00032" to .014". Special surface treatments include ink adhesion, slip, and antistatic. Oriented Polyester is also available in tipped sheets.

FDA-approved, economical rigid substrate available in sheets and rolls up to widths of 65". Colors are natural, white opaque and white translucent with custom colors available upon special quote. Options include super white opaque, corona treatment, UV inhibitors and haircell finishes.

Translucent High-Impact Polystyrene is an economical, rigid substrate with
superior ink receptivity and dimensional stability. Specially treated with our
proprietary UV coating for optimum printing results, this is a great option for
backlit signage. Available in 54” and 60” roll widths, it can be guillotine cut, die cut and punched.

High-Impact Polystyrene is an excellent choice for rigid, general-purpose signage, point-of-purchase and trade show displays. Manufactured with our proprietary treatment for UV printing, it has superior ink receptivity and is an inexpensive alternative to pressure-sensitive vinyl and mounting. Available in 54” and 60” roll widths.

transalloy® p-300

FDA-approved Transalloy sheet especially formulated for durability, high tear resistance and excellent impact strength. Its satin surface was specifically engineered for printing and provides superior performance on and off the press. P-300 is available in natural, white translucent, white opaque and colors, in satin/matte or ultra gloss/matte finishes, and in sheets and roll widths from 1" to 65". Options include corona treatment and UVI inhibitors.

Matte Calendered Vinyl is a matte surface, rigid PVC film. With an anti-glare matte finish and high puncture and tear strength, this is suited for indoor banners, menu boards, point-of-purchase displays and general signage. Available in white, clear, black and opaque colors (on special quote), and in sheets and rolls in widths from 1” to 55”.

A high-gloss, two-sided, rigid PVC film with superior dimensional stability and high puncture and tear strength. Appropriate for backlit signage, menu boards and point-of-purchase displays, Transvy Gloss Rigid Vinyl can be die cut, welded, glued, folded, punched or laminated. Available in white or clear, 6 mil and 8 mil.

static cling vinyl

A soft, polished, flexible vinyl adhered to a cast-coated, flexible board. Adheres to most smooth surfaces such as glass, plastic and some metals; easily removable, repositionable and reusable. For car window decals, window displays, product identification and freezer/refrigerator decals. Available in 8 mil; Trans-Flex-Cast is available in white or clear.

An economical, rigid substrate that will biodegrade when disposed of in a natural environment (landfill or other microorganism-rich area). The expected range is nine months to five years. It does not measurably biodegrade from conventional product usage in open-air storage. Available in 54” and 60” roll widths, it can be guillotine cut, die cut or punched.
