Products are specifically fabricated using the optimum in Trans-Kote thermal laminating films. Pouches are available in either clear or matte finish with security printing, holographic film, and/or incorporated with a signature stripe, bar code blocker or magnetic stripe. Transilwrap’s three-seal pouch application is uniquely fabricated for inserting gift cards, business cards, identification cards or other documents. The pouch can also serve as a luggage tag after the original card document is inserted into the sealed application.

hologram films

Designed to incorporate multidimensional optical devices that are applied between the thermal laminate material and adhesive coating. Primary characteristics are its multidimensional reflectivity and ability to be applied in registered or random patterns.

write/erase

This film is coated so that it can be used for dry erase applications where good writability is required, but can be left on for 30 days without ghosting after erasure. Laminate-printed or plain substrates for presentation boards, sports, games, calendars or schedule boards.

bio-laminating films

Newly developed films that will break down faster in a natural environment such as a landfill. The substrate and adhesive both have this feature. ASTM approved.

Trans-Kote® PAM

Trans-Kote PAM is a heat-activated, double-side adhesive film specifically engineered to assemble similar or dissimilar materials, including plastics, cardboard, paper and other substrates. PAM will also increase the thickness level of a card and replace the need for pressure-sensitive films, messy glues or double-side tapes.

writable matte

This polyester film has a matte finish special coating and is writable. Can be matched with a gloss front for ID/card or other applications.

Transilwrap provides ValKar laminating films. PVC substrate with our aggressive ID adhesive KR. Ask about canvas as well.
