matched laminate

When laminating Teslin® or another core sheet with our laminating film, the front and back material needs to be “matched” to each other to counter the shrinkage characteristics so that the cards do not “torque” or curl. Transilwrap will accurately match each pair of rolls to each other. Common films are 2/3 5 mil and 4/6 10 mil.
