Barrier Film

Transparent, solvent-coated polyester, one or two sided with PVDC copolymer. Coating is heat sealable and is an excellent moisture and oxygen barrier.

Chemical Treated

Chemically pretreated polyester film designed for printing and lamination. Compliant with FDA for direct food contact application except with alcoholic beverages.

Corona Treated

Uncoated transparent polyester film that has been corona treated one or two sides to provide superior wetting and adhesion of inks, primers and adhesives. Properties include high levels of strength, temperature resistance, and flavor and odor barriers. Clarity and insensitivity to humidity. FDA approved except in applications with direct contact with alcoholic beverages.

Dual Ovenable Heat Sealable

Heat sealable, one-sided, printable polyester, designed for dual ovenable application in single or laminated structures. FDA approved for contact with food.

Heat Shrinkable

Clear polyester film with excellent shrinking characteristics. Used in various types of shrinkable packaging, such as outer wrapping PET bottles, glass bottles, can and other containers.

non-treated

Ovenable/Refrigerated Lidding Film

Biaxially oriented polyester film with amorphous heat seal layer. Film is dual ovenable and available in a variety of sealants to meet multiple requirements for peel strength and for sealing to variety of tray types. Used in lidding to trays for packaging refrigerated, frozen and fresh food products and for overwrap applications. Most types are designed to be self-venting. Treated variety can be printed and laminated. FDA approved.

Perforated

Various designs and types of micro- and macroperforation provided on polyester overwrap film and lidding films. Perforated film will allow for escape of steam while cooking to prevent product from becoming soggy or provide the proper respiration rate for fresh food packaging applications.
